Multiple areas can be requested through the primary area of request, so only one form needs to be completed. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been approved.

Welcome to the NCHS Facilities Rental Form for Non-District 203 sponsored groups. For all areas but the Pool, please email NCHSFacilities@naperville203.org to request an application for renting facilities at Naperville Central. Follow the procedures in the online application to retrieve important documents that must be signed and returned to our office to start the process.
