September: 9/8 at 6 pm in LC - volunteers who are interested in chairing a committee/area, site walkthrough (in person)
October: 10/20 at 6 pm in LC - committee chair meeting (in person)
November: - ALL senior parents meeting 11/16 at 6 pm auditorium (in person, record by Hawk TV) - volunteer signup genius goes live right after this meeting
December: 12/8 - check in with committee chairs (Zoom)
January: 1/14 6 pm in LC - check in with committee chairs
February: 2/4 Zoom - final check in with chairs (tentative, if needed)
